Pick a theory term from the following: Public movement, Private Movement, Collective Movement, Hegemonic Movement, Individual Movement, Independent Movement, Affective Movement, Immaterial Movement, and Agonistic.
Imagine a body or your body moving in relation to the term you picked.
Speak for up to 3' without stoping , while recording this.
When finished, listen to what you have recorded, pay attention to the main points of what you recorded and record it again.

Choose to imagine and speak about some or all of the following:
- Rhythm of the body and alternations - Direction /alternations-Levels used, alternations- Affective characteristics of movement (esoteric, confident, etc)-Qualities: flowing movement, synchronised, repetitive etc-Breath in relation to movement-Ways of moving: walking, running, galloping, jumping-Gravity-Body parts: focus on what a body part does in relation to the previous instruction
