Movement tasks that resist conditions of body crisis

Movement tasks that resist conditions of body crisis.

(experiments with a group and one-on-one)

-Focus on the breath as a tool of relaxation and bring the attention to the senses. -Contact between the inside and the outside of the body.

-Touch with the floor, stay for a while there, move and feel which bones touch the floor.

-Stay for 30'' looking in the eyes with another body

-Find a point of touch in space or with another body and stay

-Movement starts from the bones and not form the muscles. What changes?

-Your movement is already in space. Find it. Catch it!

-Imagine a feast. Say what your feast would have, in relation to food, smells, people, ambience. Create a dance that would fit your feast.

Teach the dance to another body in space

-Make a movement in the centre of an imaginary circle and then take it out, throw it away

-Stay in silence and in Stillness with your eyes closed for 2'. Gradually each time add more time.

-Find 4 different objects in the space and observe them for 30'' each. Then when you move in space be aware of them in space. They look at you and you look at them , they relate to you while you move, and you relate to them. what changes ? Add objects and see what does this do to your movement in relation to space.

-Open up your body to feel the space in every direction, you address with your body even if you don't move all the directions around you. The pores of your body address in every direction. Move with this realisation in mind.
